The Role

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Manager to help drive revenue growth and streamline our commercial operations. You’ll be the key link between clients, agents, and internal teams—ensuring smooth sales processes, accurate data, and successful deal closures.

Represent Aectual and clearly communicate our sustainable value proposition

Build strong client relationships and support them from first contact to closing

Research client needs and tailor solutions accordingly

Guide and track leads through the sales funnel using our CRM

Create and follow up on quotes, proposals, and inquiries

Support agents with planning, product details, and pricing questions

Maintain accurate records and optimize CRM workflows

Analyze sales data, market trends, and create strategies to hit targets

Share regular performance insights and help improve sales processes

3+ years in sales, inside sales, or commercial operations

Experience (or strong affinity) with interior or architectural products

Proven success in client management and closing deals

Strong organizational and project management skills

Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Friendly, clear communicator with a solution-driven mindset

Growth path to commercial leadership roles

The Hana table designed by Joost van der Vecht is the first product of the unique collection in collaboration with circular furniture brand Occony. The name ‘Hana’ refers to the Japanese pronunciation of ‘flower’, subtly referring to its aesthetics. Its 3D printed base is made from recycled beverage cartons. Its top has a water-based wood finish, free from toxic elements.
