We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Coordinator with problem-solving skills to join our sales team. Your responsibilities will include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other teams, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.

Required skills & character
- You excel at organizing people and things, whether working independently or with a team
- You take a 360-degree approach to problem-solving
- You excel in communication and are confident being the internal point of contact
- As a natural organizer, you are flexible and ready to take on any assignments as business needs evolve
- MBO / HBO / bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Fluently in English (Dutch is an advantage, but not a requirement)
Your role and responsibilities:
- You support the Sales team by completing orders, sending product samples, keeping customers informed, and preparing quotations and documents
- Maintain the CRM system
- Handling the inquiry inbox, and incoming telephone requests
- You coordinate transport of our products, communicating between sales and production
- Analyzing internal sales processes while doing them, and help to optimize them, making sure that targets are achieved together with the Head of Global Sales manager
- Responsible for handling and evaluating claims
- Support and professionalize our aftersales
- You ensure that everything runs smoothly
