We’re looking for a high-energy, digitally strong Sales Manager who thrives on international sales and knows how to move deals forward- fast. From our creative hub in Amsterdam, you’ll work primarily with U.S. clients and U.S. sales reps, driving momentum, sharpening proposals, and closing projects online.
This role is ideal for someone who creates presence on screen, loves pace and ownership, and is excited to play a key role in scaling our U.S. business from Europe. Ideally, you’re American or fully fluent in American English and comfortable working across U.S. time zones.

Aectual is the world’s leading platform for circular and bespoke architectural & interior products. Using XL 3D printing and recycled materials, we create large-scale custom solutions -wall panels, ceilings, furniture, and façades- for clients such as Tiffany & Co., Hermès, Nike, and Schiphol.
Our mission: make circular design the global industry standard.
The Role
You are part of Aectual’s international sales engine, with a strong focus on the U.S. market. Working mainly online from Amsterdam, you’ll run client meetings, support U.S. reps, chase leads, and close deals. Evening calls with the U.S. are a regular part of the job- we’re flexible, and we expect the same in return.
You’ll also work with European agents and occasionally travel, but most of your commercial impact happens behind the laptop.
In short: you keep deals warm, moving, and closing.
What You’ll Do
- Run online sales meetings with U.S. (and EU) clients
- Support and follow up with U.S. rep partners
- Drive deals from first contact to signed contract
- Create and chase quotes, proposals, and project advice
- Coach and motivate agents to keep momentum high
- Actively follow up—firmly, confidently, and consistently
- Maintain CRM accuracy and a strong, moving pipeline
- Represent Aectual with energy in calls, meetings, and online events
- Occasionally travel to agents or key partners (EU / U.S.)
What You Bring
- 2–5+ years in sales, inside sales, or commercial roles
- Strong digital communication skills- you shine on Zoom and calls
- Comfortable working with U.S. clients and time zones
- Fluent (American) English; other languages are a plus
- Confident in chasing leads, following up, and asking for the deal
- Experience with CRM tools and structured sales processes
- Affinity with interior design or architecture is a big plus
- High energy, proactive, and goal-driven mindset
