We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Junior Project Manager who thrives on communication, organization, and coordinating projects from start to finish. A large part of your role will be coordinating deliveries, arranging transport, managing contractors and installers, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time.

You are a strong communicator who remains calm under pressure and takes ownership when challenges arise. You manage expectations professionally, address issues proactively, handle complaints constructively, and are confident pushing back when necessary to keep projects moving forward.

At Aectual, a Junior Project Manager role and responsibilities:

• Manage communication and coordination between Sales, Operations, Production, and Logistics to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
• Independently manage standard projects from order confirmation through delivery, while supporting the Operations Project Manager on larger and more complex projects.
• Communicate directly with contractors, installers, and project partners, providing guidance and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Manage client communication throughout project delivery, gathering project requirements, identifying and resolving potential issues, and coordinating production, logistics, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate and book transportation for outgoing orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
• Support the Sales team by preparing and sending product samples, preparing quotations and project documentation, and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
• Manage the inquiry inbox and handle incoming telephone requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Handle customer claims and complaints, investigate root causes, and coordinate appropriate solutions with internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all stakeholders are informed of key milestones, actions, and deadlines.
• Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Requirements

• MBO / HBO / bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, AI
• Fluently in English (Dutch is an advantage, but not a requirement)
• Some experience in a coordinating, operations, or project-support role is an advantage, but the right mindset matters more to us than years on paper
