We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with a background in architecture or complex interior design. In this role, you will manage multiple projects and orders at the same time, and prioritize customer needs while empowering team members and partners.You will oversee client projects, ensuring on-time global deliveries by streamlining internal processes and coordinating with our production facilities. Taking full ownership of order fulfillment, you’ll apply a hands-on, practical approach to operations.

Required skills & character
- Experience as a project manager or project architect, with a background in (interior) architecture.
- Strong organizer, able to manage people and tasks independently and collaboratively.
- Ambitious, problem-solving, and energetic with a positive mindset.
- Excellent communicator who thrives on team success and goal achievement.
- Passion for design, sustainability, and technology, but focused on operational efficiency.
- HBO-level thinking and working ability.
- Precise, data-driven, and results-oriented
- Interested in optimizing digital workflows.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
Your role and responsibilities:
- Manage the Order Book and oversee projects an orders from sales agreement to delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, installers, and production partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with sales, design-to-production, and product development teams.
- Optimize operations, support sales in custom projects, and enhance our premium service.
- Translate the company’s vision into an efficient, well-structured organization.
- Foster a positive team culture and ensure smooth daily operations as the key internal contact.
